By making mould silicone rubber base, general agent, catalyst, packing, etc.

Basic glue to 106 107 # # # or silicone, called hydroxyl end: polymer. Its structure is shown in figure 2.

This kind of mold can be cured silicone at room temperature, good fluidity, no deformation, only a small thread contraction.

Crosslinking agent for ethyl silicate. Crosslinking agent to join the curing time of silicone rubber, tear strength and elongation has obvious effect, the practice has proved that the amount of crosslinking agent for rubber base on the 5% (mass fraction) advisable.

Catalyst for yueguisuan two. The catalyst and curing time have joined the direct relationship between the unfavorable and overmuch, generally, is 1% ~ 2% (mass fraction).

Packing has talcum powder, quartz powder, white carbon black. General use talcum powder as filling. If using silica stuffing, mechanical strength, tearing strength in uniform and has significantly improved.
